What are the services you offer?

We currently connect you with cleaners and Babysitters, we do plan to expand our offered services in the future.

How do I choose a maid that is right for me?

Our app makes it easy to do so!

Simply register, and pick a maid, you can use our built-in filters to get your perfect match.

How long are the services?

The minimum you can book a maid for is 2 hours up to 10hrs, depending on the maid's availability.

What if I have an issue with a provider?

Here in Nadaafa, we take these things very seriously! we save the provider's Id's just in-case an issue happens so whenever you face a problem we can take it up with the authorities immediately.

Do I have to provide cleaning products?

Yes! As of now the maids we connect you with can only be paid for the cleaning services not the products.

Do the providers work for your company?

No! we simply connect you with the providers that register on our app.
