Terms of Service for Nadaafa

Welcome to Nadaafa! By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Overview

Nadaafa is a mobile application that serves as a marketplace where providers offer cleaning and babysitting services for hourly rates of their choosing.

2. User Location

Nadaafa is available to users in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

3. Language and Spelling

These Terms of Service use American English.

4. Platform Hosting

Nadaafa is hosted in the UAE and is not hosted in any other country.

5. Services Provided

Nadaafa does not directly sell any products. We allow providers to offer their cleaning and babysitting services on the platform. Nadaafa takes a fee from each booking made through the app, which can vary from 20% to 30%. This fee is subject to change as

we continue to evaluate the best rate for our service.

6. Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years or older to use Nadaafa.

7. Account Creation

Users can create accounts on Nadaafa. Linking to social media accounts is not supported.

8. Payment Methods

Payments on Nadaafa are processed through Stripe and Apple Pay. Users can use Visa or MasterCard to purchase services or credits in the app.

9. Currency

All transactions are conducted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

10. Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The provider doesn't show up.

  • The provider doesn't accept the booking.

  • The provider cancels a booking.

  • The client cancels a booking at least 12 hours before the booking start date.

Clients are not entitled to a full refund if:

  • The client cancels a booking within 12 hours of the booking start date.

  • The client does not answer the door or respond to the provider’s contact attempts.

In these cases, clients will receive a refund minus a 100 AED fee, which compensates the provider for the potential loss of work. If the amount paid is less than 100 AED, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will only be issued as Nadaafa in-app credits, which can be used to book other providers.

11. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment, the following activities are prohibited on Nadaafa:

  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.

  • Fraud and Deception: Providing false information or impersonating others.

  • Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.

  • Privacy Violations: Disclosing personal information without consent.

  • Discrimination: Discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

  • Inappropriate Content: Posting offensive, obscene, or defamatory content.

  • Unauthorized Commercial Activities: Using the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Safety Violations: Engaging in activities that could harm others.

  • Misuse of the App: Interfering with the app’s operation or using automated means to access the app.

  • Non-Compliance with Service Requirements: Failing to perform agreed-upon services or cancelling bookings without valid reasons.

  • Financial Misconduct: Misusing payment systems or soliciting payments outside the app.

  • False Reviews: Posting fake reviews or manipulating the review system.

  • Intellectual Property Violations: Using copyrighted material without permission.

  • Underage Usage: Allowing individuals under 18 to use the app.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination and potential legal action. Report prohibited activities to support@nadaafa.com.

12. Content Upload

Users can post profile pictures, review comments with ratings, and profile bios.

13. External Links and Advertisements

Nadaafa does not link to any external websites or display third-party advertisements.

14. Copyright Infringement and Off-Platform Transactions

Providers must not use Nadaafa to find clients and then receive payments outside the app. Any complaints about a provider must be supported by proof of booking through Nadaafa. Nadaafa is not responsible for issues arising from transactions conducted outside the app.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiations, followed by arbitration if necessary. Parties must mediate for 7 days before initiating arbitration.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nadaafa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the app.

17. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and High Star Lever Cleaning Services for the use of the Nadaafa app.

1. License Grant The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions on Use You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Company or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual property rights.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

5. Warranty Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

6. Termination The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. User Obligations You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App and ensure that your use of the App does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

9. Updates and Upgrades The Company may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App. Any such updates or upgrades will be governed by this EULA unless separate terms are provided.

10. Support and Maintenance The Company is not obligated to provide any support or maintenance for the App unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By clicking "Accept" or installing and/or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

18. Additional Provider Terms

  • If bank information is not valid, we have the right to hold your funds until updated.

  • We may terminate, pause, or deactivate your account if we believe you are causing issues.

  • We may terminate your account if you refuse more than three jobs. Set your account to inactive if you need a break.

  • We have the right to share your ID picture with authorities if a client reports a crime.

  • We reserve the right to delete or ban any account if we believe it negatively affects Nadaafa’s financial stability or reputation.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
